Hi, I’m Ellie — the owner and licensed esthetician behind Bloom Esthetics by Ellie. I was born in California but have called Colorado Springs home for most of my life. My own struggles with acne and maintaining a consistent skincare routine sparked my passion for understanding how our skin works — and how to truly care for it. That curiosity grew into a love for esthetics and helping others feel confident in their skin. At Bloom Esthetics, my goal is to create a welcoming space where self-care meets results. When I’m not in the treatment room, you can usually find me doting on my two cats or enjoying all things self-care and relaxation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a solo esthetician, cancellations or no-shows have a big impact on my small business. I understand that life happens, so I’ve created a policy that’s fair to both of us. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows: • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals: • If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the late cancellation fee. Grace & Emergencies: I understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected life events can happen. If something truly unavoidable comes up, please reach out — I always aim to show grace and find a solution.
